WHAT ARE THE TRANSPORT OPTIONS?

We currently support the following modes of transport:

Czech Post parcel to post
Czech Post parcel to hand
Shipping company DPD (within the services of Zásilkovna)
Personal collection:

Collection at the headquarters of GRUNTOVAČKA s.r.o. 4 května 352, 755 01 Vsetín
Collection at the Post Office
From the value of purchase over 3000 CZK you have free shipping.

 

WHAT ARE THE OPTIONS FOR PAYMENT OF THE ORDER?

Ordered or delivered goods can currently be paid for in the following ways:

Payment by credit card on-line - the easiest and fastest way to pay for your order, without a fee.
Online bank transfer - no fee.
Cash on delivery - payment upon receipt of the goods from the carrier. The amount of the delivery fee is determined by the price list of your chosen carrier. 
  

CAN I RETURN THE ORDERED GOODS?

HOW TO MAKE A COMPLAINT

If your goods have any manufacturing defect, please contact eshop@tpcbike.cz with this problem.

Please attach a photo of the product, a copy of the delivery note or sales receipt and a brief description of the damage to the email.

You can also send the complained goods directly by post to GRUNTOVAČKA s.r.o. 4 května 352, 755 01 Vsetín
 

When returning or exchanging undamaged goods, please enclose the claim form, the original delivery note and sales receipt and a covering letter with a short justification for the return.

 

 I HAVE RECEIVED A PRINTED GIFT VOUCHER. HOW SHOULD I PROCEED?

Place all the items you have selected in your basket and proceed to complete your order. Select your delivery method, fill in the address for sending the goods and choose your payment method.

In the Gift/discount code field, enter the Gift certificate code and confirm with OK. If you are combining multiple codes, separate them with a space or comma.

After entering the codes, the total value of the Gift Certificates will be immediately deducted from the total amount of your order and the amount to be paid will then be displayed.

Complete your order.

 

WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN ACCEPTED?

The system automatically sends an order summary email to the email address you provide immediately after you enter your order into the system.

If you do not receive a confirmation, you may find it in spam. The problem may be in your mailbox settings, which automatically protect your mail from this kind of mail.
