HOW DO I EXCHANGE OR RETURN GOODS?

The procedure for exchanging/returning goods within 30 days:

    1. Place the unused goods in the original box along with a copy of the invoice, completed withdrawal form and stickers (if included).
    2. Pack the box appropriately to prevent damage to the box or its contents during transit. Wrapping film, paper, a plastic bag or a larger box is best for this purpose. (Please do not overwrap the original packaging of the goods, as this will damage it!).
    3. Send the packed goods to GRUNTOVAČKA s.r.o. 4 května 352, Vsetín. In no case send the goods on COD! In this case it will not be received! (We therefore recommend sending the goods by registered mail and insuring the price of the goods).
    4. Email: info@tpc.cool to inform us that you are sending the goods back.

Upon receipt of the goods, we will inspect them and inform you by email of the expected turnaround time.

The exchange time depends on the current stock, if we have the goods in stock, we will send the requested size immediately.

You will also be notified by email when the goods are sent back to you.

 

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS TO BE ABLE TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN THE GOODS?

  1. Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  2. Goods must be unworn and resalable.
  3. The goods must be packed in their original packaging, which must not be deteriorated. (For example, by taping it over with adhesive tape for transport purposes)
  4. The goods must not be damaged or devalued in any way by you.

In your own interest, we recommend insuring the package for the price of the goods. (This service will be offered to you at the post office when you send the package) If the package is lost or damaged in transit, you will be able to return the package with the delivery note and get your money back.
